Discount Facilities:

Discounts and offers are provided solely at the discretion of our partner companies. While we strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date information regarding the services and discounts offered by our partner companies, Sangjog cannot guarantee the availability, accuracy, or quality of these benefits at all times. Any disputes or issues related to partner-provided services or discounts must be resolved directly with the respective partner organization.

To avail of the discounts, customers must present their valid Sangjog NFC Smart Business Card at the partner organization.

Card Validity and Renewal:

The Card is valid for one year from the date of issuance. Customers must renew their Card annually at the cost of BDT 999.00 to continue enjoying the benefits.

Lost or Damaged Cards:

If the Card is lost or damaged, the customer must pay a replacement fee of BDT 999.00 along with applicable shipping charges for a new Card.

Liability:

Sangjog is not responsible for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from the use of the Card or transactions with partner organizations.

Sangjog does not bear responsibility for the misuse, loss, or theft of the Card.

Changes to Terms:

Sangjog reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or amend the services, partnerships, or terms of use associated with the Card without prior notice.
