By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.


1. General Information

Sangjog is an e-commerce platform offering the Sangjog NFC Smart Visiting Card. This card serves as a digital visiting card and a discount card that provides exclusive offers and benefits through our network of discount partners in Bangladesh and abroad.

2. Product and Pricing

  • The Sangjog Card is sold for BDT 999, with free shipping on bKash payments.
  • The card includes two years of access to discounts and offers from our partner network.
  • After the initial two years, annual renewal of BDT 999 is required to maintain active status and continue enjoying discount privileges.
  • All prices are subject to change with or without prior notice.

3. Card Validity and Use

  • A valid and active Sangjog Card must be presented to avail discounts from partner organizations.
  • Discounts are applicable only if the card is active in our database.
  • Cardholders are required to renew their membership annually after the initial two-year period.
  • The card is non-transferable and intended for individual use only.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Shipping Coverage

We currently offer shipping across Bangladesh. For international orders, please contact us directly at support@sangjog.com before placing an order to confirm availability and terms.

4.2. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available on bKash payments within Bangladesh.
  • For payments made through other methods, standard shipping charges may apply (if applicable). These will be clearly shown at checkout.

4.3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after the payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

4.4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
  • Delivery to remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message or email with tracking or delivery details (if applicable).

We use reliable local courier services and delivery partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your Sangjog Card.

4.7. Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure

  • Sangjog is not responsible for delays or delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for resending.

4.8. Damaged or Defective Products

If your Sangjog Card arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will verify the issue and arrange for a replacement at no extra cost.

4.9. Order Cancellation

Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.


5. Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy

a. Return Policy

5.a.1. Eligibility for Returns

·         The Sangjog NFC Smart Visiting Card is a personalized and digitally activated product; therefore, it is not eligible for return once processed and shipped.

·         However, in cases where the card is damaged, defective, or contains incorrect printed information (such as name or contact details), you may request a free replacement.

5.a.2. Return Window

·         You must report any issue within 7 days of receiving the product.

5.a.2. How to Request a Return (Replacement)

To request a return (replacement), please contact us with the following:

·         A clear photo or video showing the issue

b. Refund Policy

5.b.1. Non-Refundable Products

  • Once a Sangjog Card has been successfully purchased and processed, it is non-refundable.
  • Since the card includes digital activation and benefits linked to our database and discount partner networks, we cannot offer refunds based on personal preference or change of mind.

5.b.2. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged or defective Sangjog Card, you are eligible for a free replacement under the following conditions:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the card.
  • You must provide clear evidence of the damage (e.g., photos or video).
  • We will verify the issue and, if valid, issue a replacement at no extra cost.

5.b. 3. Incorrect or Incomplete Orders

If you receive an incorrect product (e.g., wrong name, wrong contact info printed):

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will verify the error and issue a corrected replacement without any additional cost.

5. b.4. Lost or Undelivered Items

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

  • Contact us within 72 hours of the delivery notification.
  • We will investigate the matter with our delivery partners and resolve it promptly.

5. b.5. Refund Eligibility (In Rare Cases)

Refunds may only be issued under exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Duplicate payment for the same order
  • Failure to deliver the product due to Sangjog's error and no feasible resolution

In such cases, refunds will be processed to the original payment method (e.g., bKash) within 7–10 business days.

c. Cancellation Policy

5.c.1. Order Cancellation Before Processing

·         You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, if it has not yet been processed or printed.

5.a.2. Order Already Processed Or Shiped

·         If your order has already been processed, printed, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

·         Once an order is dispatched, it is considered final and non-cancellable.

 

5.d. Refunds for Canceled Orders

  • If you successfully cancel your order before processing, a full refund will be issued via the original payment method (e.g., bKash) within 7–10 business days.

5.e. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • If an order fails to deliver due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer may need to pay for re-shipping.
  • Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order.

6. Partner Discounts

  • Discount offers are provided by third-party partner organizations.
  • Sangjog is not liable for the availability, quality, or service of partner offers.
  • Partners may change or withdraw offers at any time without prior notice.

7. Renewal and Expiry

  • Failure to renew your card after the initial two-year period will result in deactivation of your account and loss of access to discounts.
  • You are responsible for renewing your card on or before the specified renewal date.

8. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate personal information at the time of purchase and renewal.
  • You are responsible for keeping your Sangjog Card safe and secure.
  • Misuse of the card or sharing it with others may result in cancellation of your membership without refund.

9. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy (See Privacy Policy Page). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring your information is secure.


10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of any changes.


11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from the use of this site or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
